Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we are an online only store, which allows us to ship our unique designs directly to you wherever you are.
Where are you based out of?
We are proudly based out of Coimbatore, India
Do you offer customisation for your dresses?
Yes, we do offer customisation to make sure your dress is just the way you want it.
I want my dress customised, how do I do it?
For a customised dress, please select the "yes" in the customisation option while adding items to the cart and provide your specifications.
Our team will get in touch to confirm the details.
How long will it take to process my order?
Since all our dresses are made to order only, our processing times are between 5-7 days, after which they are shipped to you.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location. In most cases you shipment will reach you in less than 5 days.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
How do I find the right size?
Please refer to body measurement size guide linked on each product page, which will help you find the perfect fit based on your measurements.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
Enter your discount code at checkout in the field labeled "Discount Code" and click "Apply" to adjust your order total.
Do you ship overseas
Unfortunately we do not ship to locations outside of India as of now. However, we are actively exploring options to provide international shipping. We will start shipping to your country in the coming months.
What are your shipping charges?
We charge a flat ₹80 shipping fee for order below ₹1999 Shipping is free for orders above ₹1999
I placed an order for the wrong size/wrong product, what do I do now?

What should I do if I want to return or exchange the product?
For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchange policy and follow the steps outlined there.
What payment methods/options do you provide?
We use Razorpay, PhonePe and Cashfree, three leading payment processing services in India, providing a completely secure checkout experience. You can pay through any Debit/Credit card from Visa, Mastercard & Rupay, also using Net banking, UPI or wallets. We provide you with the flexibility of paying through Pay Later services and EMI plans as well.
What do I do if my payment does not go through?
You can retry processing your payment using the other available payment gateway services.

My account has been debited but order is not placed, what do I do?
If payment is competed but you haven't received a confirmation from us, please write to us at hello@labelxari.com or through Whatsapp on +91 91235 18011 with your payment details. Our team will verify transactions details on our and do the needful.
How do I place a cash on delivery order?
We offer cash on delivery option for certain locations. If available for your address, you will see the option at checkout. Just select the option and proceed with checkout as usual to place your order.
