• Return Requests: Requests must be raised through the exchange/return page on our website. No other mediums (email, social media, phone) will be accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Email your cancellation requests hello@labelxari.com to process.
• Exchange Policy: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery via the exchange/return page. Exchanges are only for genuine sizing issues, damaged items, or wrong products. A video of unpacking is required for damaged items. Returned items will undergo a quality check. Worn or poor condition items will not be accepted. Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• Refunds: Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery via the exchange/return page. Report issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery for eligibility. Refunds are processed within 7 working days. For Cash on delivery orders refunds are issued only in the form of store credit. For prepaid orders refunds are made to the payment source. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Reverse Pick-up: A ₹100 fee will be deducted for reverse pick-ups. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
• COD Orders: Only store credit will be provided, processed within 2 working days of receiving the return and post required quality checks. Store credits are valid for 90 days.
• Exclusions: Items bought during sales, with free product offers, on final discount, or customised goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
